Their food philosophy is driven by simplicity. They’d rather shock by how delicious the turnip soup tastes than impress with an exotic ingredient, fancy technique or flowery menu description.

They try to keep everything very simple, but very careful. Breakfast goers know that their team makes soup or salads in the morning and preps for lunch. Clover Food Lab doesn't make ketchup, mayonnaise or BBQ sauce, but they do make just about everything else, every day.

The Central Square Clover location is open 24 hours a day.
