The Namesake, their most popular item, is a decidedly non-authentic bánh mì, and those daring enough to take a step outside the traditional are sure to be met with a tasty meal made with the freshest ingredients and full of bold, unique flavors. This classic Vietnamese cuisine is a short baguette with a thin, crisp crust and a soft, airy texture. It is often split lengthwise and filled with meat and savory ingredients like a submarine sandwich and served as a meal, called bánh mì thịt. Bon Me strives to make as many house made items as they can.
