Origami Half-Day Program
This program on Tuesday, Feb. 21 and Thursday, Feb. 23 introduces the fundamentals of origami, geometry and various folding styles. This half-day class is designed for tweens ages 10 and up. Participants will walk away feeling relaxed, confident and proud of what they made themselves. Hosted by an origami enthusiast who has practiced folding for decades, this program is a fun way to delve into what can easily be a life-long hobby and passion. Experienced folders will have the opportunity for individualized exploration and to practice more complex folds. Enthusiasts are welcome to bring diagrams for any models that they're working on. All materials are included and registration is required. Variety of premium origami paper and sizes are available for exploration. This session will break halfway through for snacks and stretching. It is recommended that participants pack a snack and beverage or purchase a snack from a CambridgeSide restaurant.
