Cambridge Winter Farmers Market | Begins January 7
The day we’ve been patiently waiting for is finally here: the opening day of the Cambridge Winter Farmers Market.
Every Saturday from January 7th to April 15th, you can shop the farmers market inside at the Cambridge Community Center. The coolest part? You won’t just find fresh vegetables and other culinary goodies from New England here – the Cambridge Winter Farmers Market will also be hosting special events, arts and crafts, and even music all season long.
This weekend at the Farmers Market, learn about sea creatures with the New England Aquarium’s Travelling Tidepool, get your face-painted by master-painter Katie, and learn how to write calligraphy.

New and Noteworthy
East Coast Grill Reopens | This weekend
When we first heard that news that East Coast Grill was closing last year after decades of savory food and scary spicy Hell Nights, we could barely believe it! Now, a year later, we’re happy to report that East Coast Grill is back open with new owners. We suggest heading on over to Inman Square ASAP to help welcome the restaurant and new owners, from Highland Kitchen back.
There may be some new paint and semi-new faces, but the owners have promised to keep cooking up the dishes you know and love with a couple of new additions. Eventually down the line, the new owners plan to bring back their infamous brunch and Hell Night. So what are you waiting for? Grab your appetite, and we’ll see you there!
