A culmination of Chef Tracy Chang’s upbringing, travels and culinary experiences, the menu at PAGU weaves Spanish and Japanese influences into dishes that are authentic, playful and deeply personal. PAGU also has an extensive beverage program that complements the food, ranging from innovative cocktails to unique Spanish varietals. Through PAGU, Chef Chang looks to bring this spirit of community and collaboration to locals and visitors alike.

They are open 7 days a week from 5-10pm Thursday to Saturday and 5-9pm Sunday to Wednesday.
