Tim Khanoyan will lead a class through a total-body workout using bodyweight and various equipment in a circuit training fashion. Expect to sweat and smile. Classes may include kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, agility ladders, and more. Modifications are provided for all levels of fitness.
