Head to Bambara for a tasty night of sips and bites with Stags Leap Winery’s finest wines!
The Sip & Savor Wine Dinner Series continues with Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars for a celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Judgement of Paris. In 1976 during this blind tasting, the estate’s 1973 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon was ranked “the best” by a panel of French judges among a group of First Growth Bordeaux and other California reds.
The upcoming February 26 dinner will celebrate this American milestone by pairing wines from the winning winery and the current vintage Cabernet Sauvignon from Stag’s Leap Vineyard, or S.L.V., where the winning wine was grown. Wines will pair perfectly with Bambara Executive Chef Adam Resnick’s thoughtfully curated, four-course dinner.
