Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet at Hyatt Regency Cambridge’s Paperback Tavern

Sunday, May 14 join Hyatt Regency Cambridge for a Mother's Day brunch buffet at Paperback Tavern. Cost begins at $55 for adults and $27 for children under age 12. Mimosas and Bloody Mary's will be available for purchase. The special menu includes:

Starters:

• Fruit salad

• Cheese and charcuterie boards with grapes, seeded crackers and pickled vegetables

• Spinach, strawberry and almond salad with poppy seed dressing

Stations:

• Made to order omelets

• Assorted breads, bagels, muffins, danishes and croissants

• Parmesan and garlic pork loin with sundried tomato pesto, carved to order

• Creamy grits station with shredded cheddar, chopped bacon, green onions, turbinado sugar and Vermont cultured butter
