Children’s Nutcracker Audition

Join José Mateo Ballet Theatre’s 37th annual production of The Nutcracker this holiday season! JMBT welcomes dancers of all backgrounds to audition for the children’s roles. Auditions are open to all young dancers ages 6–18. No dance experience required for the youngest roles. Dancers are to wear form-fitting dance attire with long hair pulled back away from the face in a bun or twist. Female dancers aged 13–18 are highly encouraged to bring pointe shoes.
