After Dark: Time Travel

Participants are invited to buckle up for an evening of mind-bending exploration into the science and paradoxes of time travel. Physicist Alan Guth and philosopher Agustín Rayo will lead a conversation that delves into the strange possibilities of moving through time, followed by hands-on activities designed to play with the boundaries of perception. Guests can enjoy a time-travel-themed happy hour featuring ultrasonic-aged drinks, create a glimpse of their “future selves,” and look back at how past generations imagined the world ahead.
The night concludes with a performance by Violet Nox, featuring a butoh dance by Sara June and live-code generative art by Justin Looper, creating cosmic soundscapes that transport audiences through the space-time continuum. DJ sets by Ana Roman will keep the atmosphere electric, and dumplings from Mei Mei and drinks from Momma’s Grocery + Wine will be available for purchase.
