Starlight Square is where it’s at! Join Nadia Milad Issa of the Jean Appolon Expressions company to learn AfroCuban folklore (yoruba). This class will guide movers through the technical skill of the dances and rhythms of the Orisha deities to Batá percussion rhythms, as well as Güiro and Iyesá rhythms. It aims to connect the body in the movements of the Afrikan influences and traditions of Cuba and to the Orishas. Aché!
