Soccer, Sailing, and Mass250 Spirit – Summer 2026 is packed with celebrations in Cambridge!

Summer of Soccer in Cambridge!

This June and July, Cambridge invites you to experience the global energy of the world’s game right here in the city. A free, citywide series of outdoor match screenings and community celebrations will bring residents and visitors together in neighborhoods across Cambridge — no tickets required.

Whether you’re a lifelong fan or simply looking to be part of the excitement, these events offer a chance to watch the matches while enjoying the food, music, culture, and community that make Cambridge a place to stay awhile.

About the Series

Throughout the tournament, Cambridge will host a series of free outdoor watch parties featuring live match screenings on large outdoor screens, along with cultural programming, family-friendly activities, and food from local restaurants and vendors — many representing the teams playing that day.

Events will take place in some of Cambridge’s most vibrant and well-loved neighborhoods, including Harvard Square, Central Square, Inman Square, Kendall Square, East Cambridge, and Cambridge Crossing — offering visitors the opportunity to experience the city while taking in the excitement of match day.
