Join CX Fit at Cambridge Crossing every other Wednesday at 6 p.m. for a grounding yoga flow. This is an all-levels 45 minute class incorporating a fun and uplifting vinyasa flow. Any participating members need a mat, a bottle of water and any props that will help them during yoga practice. This class is free and designed for all levels. To learn more, click here.
