Time Travel on Screen: Time After Time

In Victorian England, author H.G. Wells (Malcolm McDowell) let his friends in on a secret: he had successfully built a time machine and intended to use it to travel to the future in search of a utopian society. But one of those friends, Dr. John Leslie Stevenson (David Warner) had his own secret: he’s Jack the Ripper. After the doctor uses the machine, Wells travels to 1970s San Francisco in pursuit of him, where he’s helped by a beautiful, independent bank employee (Mary Steenburgen). This movie event is presented in collaboration with the Boston Sci Fi Film Festival and MIT Open Space Programming.
