Head of the Charles Regatta

Every October since 1965, the Charles River comes alive as rowers and spectators from near and far gather for the Head of the Charles Regatta, the world’s largest regatta. The Head of the Charles Regatta holds events throughout the weekend of October 17 to October 19. There are multiple spots that viewers can visit to watch the Head of the Charles Regatta. Looking for a more relaxed setting? Check out the Eliot Bridge Enclosure. At the Weld Exhibition, there is local food and Head of the Charles Regatta merch. Another great spot is The Riverbender, where alumni and spectators gather to support their favorite team. Near the finish line, visit the Rowing and Fitness Expo to use a rowing machine and browse merchandise from the vendors.
